摘要
利用生态经济学的基本原理对四川盆周山区农业生态经济系统现状进行了深入剖析,揭示出其存在的主要问题。在分区研究的基础上,结合多种方法构建出系统的动态仿真模型,通过各秤关键性参数和不同策略及措施的反复调控,得出未来系统发展的三种战略方案为趋势型、生态型和协调型发展战略。多目标模糊综合评判结果表明协调型发展战略是未来四川盆周山区农业生态经济系统发展的最佳方案。最后本文提出了实施优化战略方案的总体对策。
With the basic principle of eco-economics, agricultural ecoeconomic system in the mountain areas around The Sicluan Basin was studied, andthe major problems were revealed. On the hasis of the researches on the regionaldivision, the dynamic simulation model of this system was was estahlished by combining the system dynamics sith the other quantitative anlysis methods. By means ofrepeated modification and control of the various crucial parameters, tactics andmeasures, three developing strategic schemes of the future system were obtained.The results of the Multiple Target Fuzzy Judgment indicated that the coordinatedeveloping strategy was the best scheme of the development of the agricultural eco-economic system in the mountain areas around Sichuan basin in the future.The general coumtermeasures to carry out the optimal strategic scheme were putforward.
