欧亚种葡萄白粉病抗性鉴定方法研究 被引量:2

STUDIES ON THE IDENTIFYING METHOD OF VITIS UINIFERA L.RESISTANCE TO UNCINULA NECATOR(SCHW.) BURR

摘要 利用不同方法对阿个欧亚种葡萄品种种白粉病感病性的鉴定结果表明,不同品种之间人工高体叶圆片接种的感病水平的变异范围大于果实自然发病率,能更为准确、充分地反映品种之间抗病性的微小差异;同时,在人工离体叶国片接种中,白粉菌子孢子直接接种效果优于悬浮液接种;通过接种试验还确定了在本试验试验条件下的最佳接种浓度。 The several methods were adopted to identify susceptibility of 67cultivars of V. uinifera to U. necator. The tesults showed that that the varying rangeof susceptibal level of the cultivats using artificial inoculation of isolatedcircular- leaves was mucb greater than that of fruits natural incidence of thedisease in field, and could reflect tiny diffetence of susceptibility among thecultivars more accurately. Moreover, effect by using dry conidia inoculation wassuyerior to that by using suspensiou inoculation betweeu the two kinds ofartificial inoculation at the isolated cirular- leaves in laboratory. The mostsuitable extent of inoculation under this condition was determined by testing.
