玉米改良单交种的效应研究──Ⅱ·自交系48-2姊妹系及姊妹种的同功酶电泳研究

摘要 对玉米毛82-2交系的16个姊妹系或姊妹种分别运用垂直板聚丙烯酸胶凝胶电泳方法分析过氧化物酶、酯酶同功酶,运用等电聚焦电泳方法分析过氧化物酶同工酶。结果表明:在姊妹系间、姊妹种间、姊妹系与其对应姊妹种间,酯酶同工酸酶谱差异甚微,而过氧化物酶同功酶酶话有明显差异.对过氧化物酶同工酸酶谱,用等电聚焦电泳所得酶带比用垂直板聚丙烯酸肢凝胶电泳所得酶带丰富,故显示出的差异更明显。 For 16 maize sib- lines and sib-crosses of self-bred line 48-2, theperoxidase and esterase isozyme fatterns were analyzed with polyacrylamide vert ical gel electrophoresis and the peroxidase isozyme patterns were analyzedwith isoelectrec focusing. The results indicated that, among sih- lines, amongsib-crosses, between the s ib- line and its sib-crosses, the patterns of esteraseisozyme made few differences, but the patterns of peroxidase isozyme made obviousdifferences. For peroxidase patterns, the enzyme belts with isoelectrec focusingwere more than that with polyacrylamide vertical gel electrophoresis. So, thedifferences of the results with isoelectrec focusing were more apparent thanthose with polyacrylamide vertical gel electrophoresis.
