论客户关系管理在建筑企业的完善 被引量:6

摘要 我国建筑业正逐步将客户关系管理(CRM)这一先进的管理理念和技术纳入企业管理之中,并从中受益。但是应用成功率却不尽如人意。这种应然与实然之间巨大差异的出现,原因是多方面的,本文进行了全面剖析,并提出了改进措施和建议。
