摘要
根据工程使用功能的特点,在层6以上办公用房采用密排小柱距框架,以减小梁柱截面,使梁高不大于600(建筑功能要求),同时又可以避免办公室内因大截面柱子占用较多的建筑面积。利用层6建筑上的避难层设置框架转换层,将裙房改为大柱距框架,以满足公用建筑部分的功能要求。同样在层28设置水平加强层,以提高抗侧力结构的刚度,相应减少水平位移。工程体现出建筑使用功能与结构体系充分融合的特点。
According to the function character of Shenye Centre building in Shenzhen, the frame with small span columns is adopted to diminish the dimension of the beams and columns, and the room is enlarged. The refuge floor at the 6th layer is used as the transferring floor, and the frame is applied as the transferring structure. The strengthening floor is at the 28th layer to improve the lateral rigidity of the structure and reduce the displacement. The structural analysis results show that the deformation meets the requirement and the structure design is rational.
