宫腔镜联合自凝刀治疗功能失调性子宫出血的护理配合

The nursing cooperation of dysfunctional uterine bleeding treated with hysteroscope and radiofrequency ablation

目的探讨宫腔镜联合自凝刀治疗功能性子宫出血的疗效及护理。方法应用自凝刀对功血患者子宫内膜进行射频消融,联合宫腔镜在手术过程和手术后直视下验证内膜消融是否彻底,术中严密监测患者的生命体征,术后观察腹痛、阴道流血、流液情况,防治感染。结果60例患者术后随访,有效率100%,治愈率93%,好转率7%,无效率0%。结论宫腔镜联合自凝刀二种手术方法联合可互补优缺点,达到手术操作简单、安全、效果好、并发症少的临床效果,是值得临床推广应用的微创新技术。

Objective To discuss the curative effect and nursing of dysfunctional uterine bleeding treated with hysteroscope and radiofrequency ablation. Methods Using radiofrequency ablation to ablate endometriums of patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding, and associating with hysteroscope to validate the curative effect in and after the operation. The vital signswas observed during the operation, after the operation ,pains in belly, bleeding and fluid of vagina were closely monitored to prevent infection. Results To follow up the 60 patients who have had the operation, the actovoty ratio was 100%,the curative rate was 93%,the improved rate was 7%,the noneffective ratio was 0%.Eonclusion Hysteroscope and radiofrequency ablation can complement the advantages and disadvantages. It has the advantages of simplicity in operation, safety, effectiveness, lower rate of complications. It is a newminimally invasive therapy to extend.
