生长激素与谷氨酰胺对肠切除后大鼠小肠粘膜形态学影响

摘要 目的研究重组人生长激素和谷氨酰胺对肠切除术大鼠小肠形态学的影响。方法将20只大鼠进行80%的肠切除术后随机分为生长激素组和正常对照组,分别于术后第5天各处死5只,术后第14天处死另5只,测定大鼠体重和小肠粘膜重量,取空肠端和回肠端粘膜用千分尺测定肠粘膜绒毛高度和隐窝深度。结果正常组和生长激素组大鼠术后5天和14天体重及小肠粘膜重量差异有显著性(P<0.05),空肠和回肠两部位正常组和生长激素组粘膜绒毛高度和隐窝深度比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05),回肠粘膜术后5天和术后14天粘膜绒毛高度和隐窝深度差别无显著性(P>0.05),空肠粘膜术后5天和术后14天粘膜绒毛高度和隐窝深度差别有显著性(P<0.05)。结论生长激素和谷氨酰胺可促进粘膜形态学改变,增加残存小肠的代偿适应性。 objective to study the effect of rhGH and glutamine on morphology of mucous membrane of small intestine in rat with extensive enterectomy. Methods 20 rats with 80 percent small bowel resection were randomly divide into contuol group and GH group. After 5 days, 5 rats were killed in each group, the other were killed after 14 days. Body weight and weight of mucous membrane of small intestine were determined. The hight of villus and cryptae depth in jejunum and ileal were measured using a micrometer rule. Results The rats' body weight and weight of mucous membrane of small intestine have significant difference between control group and GH group either in 5th or 14th (P〈0. 05). both in jejunum and in ileal, the hight of villus and cryptae depth have significant difference between control group and GH group. In ileal the hight of villus and cryptae depth in 5th has no significant difference from those in 14th (P〉0.05),but in jejunum the hight of villus and cryptae depth in 5th have significant difference from those in 14th (P〈0.05).Conclusion rhGH and glutamine may change the morphology of small intestine which enhance the adaptation of remnant gut after extensive enterectomy of the small bowel in rats
