肝素、黄芪注射液、卡托普利治疗原发性肾病综合征的临床对照研究

Clinical Case-control Study on the treatment of Heparin anticoagulation combining Astragalus root injection and captopril for PNS

目的比较单用常规激素治疗和联用肝素抗凝疗法、黄芪注射液、卡托普利治疗原发性PNS的疗效差异。方法选择2000年1月～2002年1月肾功能正常的60例PNS住院患者,治疗组、对照组各30例,分别观察各自治疗后病情缓解情况及并发症。结果两组在TP、ALB、ESR、CHOTG、24小时尿蛋白定量指标方面均有显著性差异(p<0.05),经卡方检验两组在感染复发、临床治愈方面存在显著差异(P<0.05),复发率:治疗组20%,对照组53.3%;治愈率:治疗组80%,对照组56.7%;与治疗组相比,对照组病程延长,并发症增多,感染、复发率增高。结论肝素抗凝疗法联用黄芪注射液、卡托普利治疗PNS能明显改善血液高凝状态、降低血胆固醇、减轻肾损害、促进PNS的早期缓解,减少复发。

objictive This study was undertaken to make comparison between the regular hormones therapy and new therapy of Heparin anticoagulation combining Astragalus root injection and captopril for PNS. Methods 60 PNS patients with healthy kidney from January 2000 to January 2002 were studied. 60 PNS patients were divided into two groups, the group of 30 under the new treatment and the group of 30 under regular one. The relief status and complications of the two groups were observed respectively. Results Great differences （p〈0. 05） were shown in quantitative indexes on TP, ALB, ESR, CHO TG and Urinary protein within 24 hours. Chi-square test also suggested the differences in the relapse and recovery between the two group. The relapse rate in the group under the new treatment was 20%, while 53.3% in the group of under regular treatment. 80% of the group under the new treatment was recovered, while only 56.7% in the group of under regular treatment. Compared with the group under the new treatment, the groups under the regular one suffered longer, with more complications and easier infection and relapses. Conclusions The new treatment of heparin anticoagulation combining Astragalus root injection and Captopril proves that it can help improve the dense blood, reduce the cholesterin and injuries to the kidney, and promote the relief of PNS at the early stage.
