切开复位钢板内固定治疗跟骨关节内骨折

Open reduction and internal fixation in treatment of intraarticular fractures of calcaneus

目的总结跟骨关节内骨折进行切开复位钢板内固定治疗的临床疗效。方法2002年1月～2004年12月,对28例36侧跟骨关节内骨折行切开复位钢板内固定术。结果28例36侧平均随访13～49个月,平均26个月,按Maryland足部评分系统评估术后功能,优18侧,良13侧,可5侧,优良率86.1%。结论跟骨关节内骨折切开复位钢板内固定疗效满意。

Objective To summarize the clinical experience of open reduction and internal fixation in treatment of intraarticular fractures of the calcaneus. Methods 36 intraarticular calcaneal fractures in 28 patients were treated by open reduction and reconstruction plate fixation from January 2002 to December 2004. Results 28 patients with 36 cases were followed up from 13 to 49 months（average, 26 months） ,and the clinical results was evaluated by the Maryland Foot Score .Excellent clinical results achieved in 18 cases ,good in 13 ,fair in 5, with the excellent and good clinical results being 86.1%. Conclusion Open reduction and internal fixation is effective and reliable in treatment of intraarticular fractures of the calcaneus.
