In this paper, the principle of digital signature and encryption techniques based on PKI is discussed, and then the approach to sign and encrypt the electronic official document in both Intranet and Intemet is introduced in detail. In order to transmit information securely, a solution is put forward to protect electronic official documents in enterprise.
