Warship Effect-Cost Analysis Based on Cost

在海军舰船采办过程的方案探索阶段,由于影响费用的因素具有不确定性和模糊性,使得费用估算困难很大,加上不断的迭代过程更加加大了工作量。本文提出设计人员在设计初始阶段制定费用分配方案,引入核Fisher判别分析方法对分配方案进行筛选,大大降低了工作量,实例也说明了该方法的可行性。

This paper introduces fisher discriminant with kernel, puts forward the thought of applying fisher discriminant with kernel to warship economic analysis, and sets up the model to classify the ratio of efficacy and cost and economic benefits through cost index. The result of the applicational sample given in the paper is satisfactory.
