Analysis on the Present Situation of Mine Construction Management Model and Its Countermeasures

通过对矿井建设特点和现状的分析,指出了目前我国矿井建设管理中存在的问题,相应提出了吸收国外先进管理模式、构建学习型组织、加强咨询等对策建议。

Basing on the analysis of characteristics and present situation of the mine construction in China, this paper points out the problems existing in the management of Chinese mine construction at the present time, and accordingly suggests such countermeasures as absorbing overseas advanced management model, constructing study - type organization and strengthens engineering consultation.
