摘要
介绍了超声波测距的原理.分析了超声波测距产生误差的主要原因。提出通过温度测量修正超声波传播速度,应用双比较器整形结合软件准确确定回波前沿以提高空气中超声波测距精度的方法。在此基础上,设计了相应的超声波测距系统电路和软件。实验表明,该测距系统测量精度高,电路简单。
In this paper, the principle of ultrasonic distance measurement is described, the main error sources of ultrasonic distance measurement are analyzed also. A method of improving precision of ultrasonic distance measurement in air, in which the transmission speed of ultrasonic wave is corrected by measured air temperature and the forward edge of receive wave can be determined accurately by use of the two comparing circuits of ultrasonic signal in combination with the software. Based on the idea, the circuit and software of ultrasonic distance measurement system have been designed. Experiment indicates that the measuring precision of ultrasonic distance measurement system is higher and its circuit is simpler.
