在我国,全面推进依法行政,建设法治政府,无论是观念上还是制度上都面临严峻的挑战,因此,必须树立依法行政的理念,实现观念更新和制度变革,才能建立服务政府、法治政府、高效政府。进而才能全面实现和谐社会和小康社会的战略目标。

both to apply law administration and to construct a law govemment in our country are facing great challenge in aspects of conception and regimentation .Therefore ,we must hold the idea of law administration to renew the idea and innovate the regimentation in order to establish a saving ,lawful and high efficiency govemment.In that way we may achieve the goal of realize the harmonious and affluent society.
