摘要
面对当今的网络媒体,网络广告的出现为广告活动带来了媒体上的革命,但是由于我国现行《广告法》主要针对的还是传统媒体,所以相对的网络广告市场还处于比较混乱的状态。对于网络广告的特点,现行《广告法》存在着操作性的缺陷。本文从这一点上论述了这一现象以及出现此类问题的原因及解决办法。从法律操作性的角度,探讨了网络广告活动的基本规律和发展趋势。虽然现在只是处于探索的阶段,但其现实意义也在于此。
Facing network medium nowadays,the emergence of the network adveratisement brings the revolution on the medium.But the《advertise a method》in current mainly aim at the traditional medium in our country,so the network advertisement market is still confused oppositely.As the characteristics of the network advertisement .There are limitations in operation in the 《advertise a method》,the paper is discussed with this phenomenon.It also tells the reasons and solutions of the similar problems.It discussed the basic regulation and the developing trend of the network advertisement from the angle of the law operability,although it is in the stage of the exploration ,its realistic meaning also lies in this.
