摘要
通过评述波斯纳《法律的经济分析》一书之导论部分,在介绍了经济学三大基本原理的基础上阐述了法律的实证经济分析方法和规范经济分析方法,总结了对法律进行经济分析的重要意义以及这种分析方法的局限性。
Through reviewing the introduction of Bosna＇s ＂Economic Analysis of Law＂,the author introduced the three basic principles of economics and two research methods of law, i.e. empirical economic analysis and normative economic analysis. The great significance of economic analysis of law was summarized as well as its limitations.
