The main inducements of American abroad interference include two factors： country advantage and ideology. The ideology factors include apparent formal ideology and underlying informal ideology. The informal ideology mostly is the American national ideology. The paper summarizes the theory of American manifest destiny and,based on analysis of its deeply influence on America, points out that the theory of American manifest destiny is the psychological basis of American national ideology.
