Probe into Cross-Cultural Management of Foreign Experts in Colleges and Universities

在高等院校,聘请外国文教专家人数逐年增多。通过对中外的文化背景、价值观念、交际习惯、思维方式等差异的分析,提出了更新教育理念、增进跨文化交流、建立评估体系等对外教跨文化管理的措施和方法。

Under the circumstances of the engaged foreign experts increasing, this paper analyzed the differences between east and west culture and presented the following measures of cross-cultural management： to renew educational ideas, to promote the cross-cultural communication and to establish an evaluation system.
