从职业技能人才供求状况谈发展高职教育的紧迫性

On the urgency of developing higher vocational education from the relationship of the demand and supply of talents with vocational skills

经济发展需要大批的职业技能人才,特别是需要高技能人才。目前,我国职业技能人才的结构性矛盾较为突出,高技能人才尤为缺乏,迫切需要大力发展高等职业教育。

The development of economy needs a large number of talents with vocational skills, esp. highly skilled talents. At present, the problem we face is that we lack such talents. Therefore, we should develop higher vocational education rapidly.
