摘要
高职院校加强后勤人事制度的改革是推动后勤社会化改革的重要环节。新型的企业化人事管理制度的建立,将促使后勤社会化的改革往前推进;实行新的双向选择的用人制度、员工竞聘上岗和新的绩效分配制,可为后勤社会化打下良好基础。后勤人事制度改革的对策创新将进一步推进后勤社会化改革的深入发展。
The reform of personnel system after the logistical socilization of higher vocational colleges is an important part of the logistical socilization. The establishment of new enterprise-style personnel system will greatly promote the reform of the logistical socilization. The new system of two-way choice, competitive employment, distribution system based on the profits made by the employees may lay a solid foundation for the logistical socilization. Therefore, innovation of the reform of personnel system will deepen the logistical socilization.
