摘要
在后勤社会化的今天,从事高校后勤服务的主体不再是传统观念上的后勤队伍。从事高校后勤服务的团队要树立以人为本的科学发展观,加强人本管理,提高素质,从而促进高校后勤社会化的改革与和谐校园的创建。
Today, as the logistics is being socialized, the main part in charge of logistics in college is no longer what it was in traditional opinion. The community that is engaged in logistics in college should set up a man-centered scentific developing theory, which strengthens the management and improves the quality of the labor force. These will improve the reform of the logistical socialization in college and build up a harmonious campus.
