构建高职学生学习动力机制的思考

On Constructing the Mechanism Arousing Study Impetus of High Vocational College Students

高职学生的学习动力不足是影响高职院校内涵建设的一个突出问题。本文从分析高职学生学习动力不足的原因入手,提出了应从加强学生思想教育,深化教学改革,严格教学管理等方面采取有效的措施来激发学生的学习积极性。

That high vocational college students are devoid of study impetus has been one of the disadvantageous factors in the construction of high vocational colleges. In this paper, a deep analysis is given about the reason why the students of high vocational colleges are devoid of study impetus and some suggestions are ottered that effective measures should be taken to improve ideological education, deepen educational reform and strengthen the management of teaching and study in order to arouse the students＇ enthusiasm for study.
