摘要
以苹果主栽品种长富2号为试材,研究了不同培养基及6-BA和NAA浓度对黄化且不带腋芽的节间茎段再生效率的影响。结果表明,3个因子对长富2号黄化茎段再生的影响程度依次为基本培养基>6-BA>NAA;最适培养基为M S+6-BA 5.0 m g/L+NAA 0.4 m g/L+CH 200 m g/L+蔗糖30 g/L+琼脂7 g/L,再生频率可达83%,最高平均再生芽数为3.03。
The effects of different basal medium,level of 6-BA and NAA on adventitious bud regeneration from etiolated intermode segment of Nagafu No. 2 were studied by using the orthogonal experiment design. The results showed that the effective order of three factors on regeneration was basal medium, 6 BA and NAA. The optimum culture medium was 6 BA 5.0 mg/L+NAA 0.4 mg/L+CH 200 mg/L+Su crose 30 g/L+Agar 7.0 g/L ;and on this medium,the regeneration frequency and mean number of bud per segment were 83 % and 3.03 respectively.
