摘要 微波真空干燥是综合微波干燥和真空干燥各自优点的一项新技术,微波真空干燥技术尤其适合用于食品的干燥。本文提供了一种新型的计算机自动监测方法,该方法能方便的检测物料的温度、重量、真空度等工艺参数,通过经验公式计算得到物料的水分含量,解决了干燥过程中在线水分含量实时监测这一难题。该系统具有良好的人机交互界面,并且能方便进行实时数据的记录和历史数据的查询。 Microwave vacuum drying is a new technology which takes the advantages of both microwave and vacuum drying. A new computer monitoring system is presented in this paper. It can measure the temperature, weight and degree of vacuum. And the water content during the drying process can also be monitored.
