摘要
食用油脂加工过程是油脂产品安全性的重要保障,为了探讨油脂加工过程对产品的影响,分别从溶剂残留、反式脂肪酸对人体健康的影响进行了论述,分析了油脂产品对健康危害的原因,提出了降低油脂产品危害健康的措施。
In order to discuss the effect of production process of edible oils on product safety, the influences of solvent residual and trans fatty acid on human health were described, the causes of harming human health was analyzed, and some measures of reducing the harm of edible oils on human health were put forward.
