The production process of walnut oil by physical refining, equipment and opreating parameters ,were introduced. The advantage of refining walnut oil by physical refining and application conditions were discussed. The production practice showed that the quality indexes of refined walnut oil could reach or excel the demand of the standard for first grade oil.
