腹腔镜下联合手术72例临床分析

Analysis of laparoscopic combined surgery in 72 cases

目的探讨腹腔镜下联合手术的优越性和临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析我院2003年1月至2006年1月间进行的72例腹腔镜下联合手术的临床资料,其中胆囊切除术联合阑尾切除术25例;胆囊切除术联合肝囊肿开窗术11例;胆囊切除术联合腹股沟疝修补术5例;胆囊切除术联合右半结肠切除术1例;胆囊切除术联合小肠破裂修补术1例;胆囊切除术联合子宫全切除术3例;胆囊切除术联合卵巢囊肿、良性畸胎瘤10例;胆囊切除术联合肾囊肿开窗术10例;肝囊肿开窗术联合肾囊肿开窗术3例;肾囊肿开窗术联合阑尾切除术3例。结果72例腹部联合手术均顺利完成,2例胆囊切除术联合腹股沟疝修补术术后出现阴囊血肿,其余均无严重并发症,恢复顺利,疗效满意。结论腹腔镜下联合手术是安全的、有效的和经济的,值得临床推广普及。

Objective To discuss the superiority and clinical value of laparescopic combined surgery. Method Clinical data of 72 cases undergone leparoscopic combined surgery from January 2003 to January 2006 in the hospital were analyzed retreepectively. 25 of the 72 cases were undergone cholecystectomy combined appendectomy, 11 cholecystectomy combined fenestration for hepatic cyst, 5 cholecystectomy combined inguinal hernia repair, 1 chalecystectomy combined right semi-colectomy, 1 cholecystectomy combined enteric rupture repair, 3 cholecystectomy combined hysterectomy, 10 cholecystectomy combined oophoreeystectomy and benign teratocercinoma removal, 10 choleeystectomy combined fenestration for renal cyst. 3 fenestration for hepatic cyst combined renal cyst, and 3 fenestration for renal cyst combined appendectomy. Results All the 72 combined surgery were successful. 2 patients had scrotum hematoma after cholecystectomy combined inguinal hernia repair. The rest had no severe complications, and recovered soon. Conclusion Laparoscopic combined surgery is safe, effective and economical. It is worth to spread and popularize.
