AO跟骨钢板治疗Sanders III、IV型跟骨骨折18例观察

Observation on AO calcaneal plate in the treatment of 18 cases with sanders types Ⅲ-Ⅳ calcaneal fractures

目的 探讨AO跟骨钢板治疗Sanders Ⅲ、Ⅳ型跟骨骨折的疗效。方法 自2001年2月至2005年6月．对18例23足Sanders Ⅲ、Ⅳ型跟骨骨折，采用AO跟骨钢板加自体髂骨植骨进行复位内固定治疗。结果 本组病例随访6～36个月，平均随访时间18．5个月。按Maryland足部评分标准评价，优8足，良11足，中3足。差2足，优良率78．2％。结论 本方法治疗Sanders Ⅲ、Ⅳ型跟骨骨折复住满意，固定牢靠，术中自体髂骨植骨，术后早期关节功能锻炼，疗效肯定，是一种目前治疗Sanders Ⅲ、Ⅳ型跟骨骨折的较好方法。

Objective To evaluate the effects of AO calcaneal plate in the treatment of Sanders type Ⅲ-Ⅳ calcaneal fractures. Methods From February 2001 to June 2005, 23 feet of 18 patients with Sanders type Ⅲ-Ⅳ calcaneal fractures were treated with internal fixation of AO calcaneal plate and iliac graft. Results All patients were followed up from 6 to 36 months（average 18.5 months）. According to Maryland foot score,the total excellent and fine rate was 78.2%. Conclusion In the treatment of Sanders type Ⅲ-Ⅳ ealeaneal fractures, the application of AO calcaneal plate and iliac graft could get good reduction and finn fixation,and allow patients to exercise earlier after operation. It was proved to be a good method.
