化疗与手术对肺癌患者血清endostatin水平影响的初步观察

Change of serum endostatin levels in patients with lung cancer after chemotherapy or operation

目的:探讨肺癌患者化疗与手术前后血清内皮抑素(endostatin)水平的变化及临床意义。方法:用ELISA法检测20例良性肺部疾病患者和20例健康人及60例肺癌患者化疗和手术前后的血清endostatin水平,并作对比分析。结果:肺癌组血清endostatin水平明显高于良性肺部疾病组和健康人组(P<0.001),其水平与肿瘤大小有关,与组织学类型、临床分期无关。肺癌患者手术后7d血清endostatin水平明显低于手术前(P<0.001)。肺癌患者化疗受益组结束后3d血清内皮抑素水平明显高于化疗前和化疗结束后21d的水平(P<0.001)。结论:血清endostatin水平与肿瘤大小、手术及化疗有关。

Objective：To evaluate the change in serum endostatin （ES） levels in patients with lung cancer before and after chemotherapy or operation and its clinical significance. Methods： Serum ES levels were detected and compared in 20 normal control persons,20 patients with benign lung disease, and 60 patients with lung cancer by enzyme linked immunosorbant assay （ELISA）. Resuits：Serum ES level in lung cancer group was significantly higher than those in benign lung disease and control groups（P〈0. 001）. Serum ES level was closely related to tumor size, but not related to the histological classification and clinical stage of tumors. Serum ES level in lung cancer patients on day 7 post-operation was significantly lower than those before operation（P〈0. 001）. Serum ES levels in patients who had effective response to chemotherapy on the day 3 post-chemotherapy was significantly higher（lower） than those before chemotherapy and on day 21 post-chemotherapy（P〈0. 001 ）. Conclusion：Serum ES levels may be closely related to the tumor size, operation, and chemotherapy.
