大鼠压迫性脊髓损伤的特征性超微病理表现 被引量:6

New pathological ultrastructure observation of compressive spinal cord injury in rats

摘要 [目的]观察大鼠压迫性脊髓损伤的特征性超微结构改变。[方法]将20只W istar成年雄性大鼠置入后路脊髓压迫装置,制成压迫性脊髓损伤动物模型,4周后脊髓取材行高倍透射电镜观察。[结果]发现压迫性脊髓损伤是缺少炎性细胞反应的坏死,单方向性髓鞘断裂和特征性创伤细胞的出现是此类损伤的特异性改变。[结论]这些特征性超微结构改变可为压迫性脊髓损伤的超微病理变化提供更为全面准确的描述,为临床确诊鉴别此类损伤提供可靠理论根据。 [ Objective] To observe the characteristic ultrastructure changes of compressive spinal cord injury. [ Method] Animal model of compressive spinal cord injury was made by modified Allen's method. Pathological changes of spinal cord tissues were observed with transmission electronic microscopy after 4 weeks. [ Result] The characteristic ultrastructure changes of compressive spinal cord injury were observed obviously. It was necrosis without inflammatory cell reaction. The single-direction break of myelin sheath and the traumatic cell could be observed. They were all formed by the reason of biomechanics. These two characters were the characteristic ultrastructure changes of compressive spinal cord injury. [ Conclusion] These new ultrastructure observations can provide certain materials for the basal explore of compressive spinal cord injury.
