吻合器痔上黏膜环切吻合术治疗重度内痔120例的临床观察

Treatment of 120 patients with severe internal hemorrhoids by reduction of mucosa and hemorrhoidal prolapse with circular suturing device.

目的对比吻合器痔上黏膜环切吻合术(PPH)与传统手术(外剥内扎术)治疗重度内痔的疗效。方法采用PPH对重度内痔(Ⅲ、Ⅳ期内痔)120例进行手术治疗(PPH组)并与传统手术治疗100例(对照组)进行比较。观察两组的手术时间、住院时间、恢复工作时间、术后疼痛及出血等。结果PPH组较对照组手术时间短、平均住院时间短、伤口愈合快、恢复工作时间快、术后伤口疼痛轻、出血少且操作简单。结论PPH因其手术简单、操作方便、手术时间短、术后疼痛轻、出血少、伤口恢复快,手术安全,疗效确切,可作为临床重度内痔的首选治疗方法。

Objective To investigate the differences of the procedure for prolapse and internal hemorrhoids （ PPH ） and traditional operation in healing effeet. Methods 120 patients with severe internal hemorrhoids （Ⅲ、Ⅳ Stage）were treated with PPH and another 100 by traditional operation, whieh effeet was eompared. The operation time,hospitalization time, reeovery time, postoperative pain and bleeding was observed in the two groups. Results The PPH operation didn＇t take mueh time, hospitalization time was short, quiek reeovery was obtained, with little bleeding and slight pain, eompared with those of traditional operation. Conclusion PPH ean be the first ehoiee for treating severe internal hemorrhoids beeause of its advantages of short operation time, simple manipulation, slight postoperative pain,quiek reeovery and safety as well as assured therapeutie effeet.
