有焦虑和无焦虑症状的痤疮患者社会心理因素与生活质量的比较

Comparison of Social Psychological Factor and Life Quality between the Patients with or without Anxiety

目的了解有焦虑症状和无焦虑症状的痤疮患者社会心理因素与生活质量状况。方法采用焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale SAS)识别患者是否有焦虑症状,以此将其分为焦虑组和非焦虑组,用自制的社会心理因素与生活质量调查表调查其社会心理因素与生活质量状况。结果两组在性别、年龄、职业和痤疮严重程度上均衡,两组在一些社会心理因素与生活质量方面的影响频率有明显的差异;焦虑组的一些社会心理因素和生活质量被影响的频率高于非焦虑组。结论有焦虑症状的痤疮患者的一些社会心理因素与生活质量易受到影响,皮肤科医生在治疗痤疮的同时应辨别其焦虑症状的有无并重视社会心理因素的疏导与治疗,从而改善其生活质量。

Objectives To investigate social-psychological factor and life quality of acne patients with anxiety and without anxiety symptoms. Methods we investigated social-psychological factor and life quality of acne patients by using self-made questionnaire of social-psychological factor and life quality, and identified whether patients have anxiety symptoms by using self-rating anxiety scale （SAS）. According to the score of SAS, patients were selected into anxiety group and non-anxiety group. Results Two groups were balanced in sex, age, occupation and severity of acne. The Differences of affected frequency of some social-psychological factor and some quality of life were statistically significant; the affected frequency of some the social-psychological factors and life quality of acne patients who with anxiety symptom are higher than those non-anxiety symptom. Conclusion Because some social-psychological factors and life quality of acne patients are susceptible to be affected, dermatologists should ascertain their anxiety symptom and then treat their social-psychological factors so that their quality of life will be improved while their acne was treated.
