大黄饮片与大黄免煎颗粒主要成分含量对比研究

Contrast Study on the Content of Main Component of Cut Crude Drug of Pieplant and Its Mianjian Granule

目的比较大黄饮片与其免煎颗粒有效成分的含量,了解两者质量的差异。方法以HPLC法测定大黄免煎颗粒与饮片中大黄酚、大黄酸和大黄素含量。结果大黄免煎颗粒中大黄酚、大黄酸和大黄素的含量分别为3.52mg/g、9.41mg/g、3.12mg/g,大黄饮片中大黄酚、大黄酸和大黄素的量分别为3.34mg/g、9.55mg/g、3.03mg/g。结论大黄免煎颗粒与大黄饮片中主要有效成分含量基本接近。

Objective： To compare the content of active component in cut crude drug of pieplant and its mianjian granule and learn the difference between them. Method： HPLC was used to determinate the content of 3 -methylchrysazin and archen in mianjian granule of pielplant and its cut crude drug. Result： their content were 3.52mg/g, 9.41mg/g, 3.12mg/g respectively in mianjian granule of pielplant. While in its cut crude drug were 3.34mg,/g,9.55mg/g,3.03mg/g respectively.
