摘要
通过单段氧脱木素中主要影响因素温度和用碱量对三倍体毛白杨常规(KP)和改良硫酸盐浆(EMCC)的卡伯值、黏度和白度的影响,分析其氧脱木素的适应性,比较二者脱木素规律的异同,研究合适的工艺条件。结果表明,常规(KP)和改良硫酸盐浆(EMCC)单段氧脱木素效果明显,木素脱除率可达45%以上,在保持较小黏度降低的情况下,白度可以提高15%ISO,达到50%ISO以上。三倍体毛白杨改良硫酸盐浆(EMCC)比常规硫酸盐浆(KP)中的木素更容易脱除,同样条件下,纸浆黏度和白度较高。最佳的氧脱木素工艺条件为:浆浓10%,用碱量3%,MgSO40.5%,氧压0.6MPa,温度95℃,时间60min。
Through the influence of main factors during the single stage oxygen delignification of the Triploid of Polulus Tomentosa KP and EMCC on the Kappa number, viscosity and brightness, its adaptability and the orderliness of the two kinds of pulps were analyzed and compared, the optimal conditions were chosen. The results indicated that the effect of the oxygen delignification on the two pulps was quite notable, and the residual lignin could be removed over 45%. The brightness could be increased 15% ISO, which could reach and over 50% ISO, while their viscosity were kept at a low level-decreasing. The residual lignin in EMCC was easier to be removed than that of in KP. At the same conditions, the viscosity and brightness of EMCC were higher than those of KP. The optimal conditions were: pulp consistency 10%, NaOH dosage 3%,MGSO4 0.5%, 02 pressure 0.6MPa, 95℃, 60min.
