脱墨污泥配抄纸板的性能 被引量:2

摘要 本文将脱墨污泥与CTMP、OCC浆、混合办公废纸屑浆三类浆料,按不同比例进行配抄,考察了手抄纸板物理强度等特性的变化规律。结果表明:在对脱墨污泥和3种纤维不做任何处理的情况下,从撕裂指数、耐破指数和抗张指数3种强度指标来看,脱墨污泥与OCC浆配抄优于与CTMP和混合办公废纸屑浆配抄。OCC浆和混合办公废纸屑浆的效果在紧度方面比较相近,可通过提高OCC浆的打浆度来改善紧度,而在挺度方面,以CTMP最佳。透气度和吸水性都反映了纸板的多孔性,均以CTMP的透气度和吸水性最大。但通过添加适量的防水剂可以使纸板的吸水值在要求的范围内。 In this study handsheet were made by deinking sludge with three kinds of stocks such as CTMP, OCC stock and office wastepaper stock. The physical and strength properties of handsheet were investigated. The result shows that when do not deal with deinking sludge and three kinds of fibres, the handsheet made by deinking sludge with OCC stock was much better than by deinking sludge with CTMP and office wastepaper stock from tear index, burst index and tensile index. The OCC stock and office wastepaper stock had the similar effect in yield. The yield can be heightened through increasing the beating degree of OCC stock. It is superior to with CTMP in stiffness. Gas permeabitity and bibulous were the reactivity of handsheet's porosity. The gas permeabitity and bibulous of handsheet with CTMP were the most in three kinds of stocks. But it can control the bibulous of handsheet in the demanding range through accession suitable waterproof.
