摘要
将240只7日龄AA肉鸡随机分成4组,各组在玉米-豆粕型基础日粮中,分别添加0(对照)、12.5、37.5、62.5mg/kg的大蒜素,饲养期42天。结果表明:各组间肉鸡的免疫器官相对重量相比,添加大蒜素三个处理组35日龄法氏囊均比对照组(0mg/kg)显著增加(p<0.05),其中,37.5、62.5mg/kg两处理组21日龄胸腺和62.5mg/kg处理组35日龄脾脏均比对照组显著增加(p<0.05);T淋巴细胞阳性率结果显示,37.5mg/kg、62.5mg/kg两处理组明显高于对照组(p<0.05)。
240 Arbor Acres chickens which were 7 days old were randomly divided into 4 groups. The chicken were fed with the same basal diet mainly containing corn, soybean with the supplementation of 0, 12.5,37.5,62. 5mg/kg garlicin,respectively. The experiment lasted for 42 days. In comparison to the control group, the fabricius bursa relative weight (FBRW) was significantly increased with the supplementation 12.5,37. 5,62.5mg/kg garlicin at 35 days old (p〈0.05). The thymus relative weight (TRW) significantly increased with supplementation of 37. 5,62. 5mg/kg garlicin at 21 days old (p〈0. 05), and the spleen relative weight (SRW) was also significantly (p〈0.05) increased with the supplementation 62. 5mg/kg at 35 days old. T lmyphocyte electropositive percentage of broilers was significantly increased with the supplementation 37.5 and 62.5mg/kg (p〈0.05) respectively.
