2002～2005年湖南省某市吸毒人群艾滋病哨点监测报告

Report of HIV Sentinel Surveillance Among Drug Users in One City of Hunan From 2002～2005

目的 了解湖南省某市吸毒人群中HIV流行趋势及其行为变化，为制定防治对策提供依据。方法 采用描述流行病学方法对2002～2005年湖南省某市吸毒人群艾滋病哨点监测资料进行分析。结果 2002～2005年湖南省某市吸毒人群中注射吸毒比例波动在87．41％-95．79％之间，共用注射器的比例从2002年的86．71％下降到2005年的75．71％，HIV感染率从2002年的11．89％上升到2004年的21．79％，最后一次使用安全套比例徘徊在20．28％～34．58％之间。结论 湖南省某市吸毒人群中注射吸毒比例高，共用注射器现象严重，安全套使用率低，是当地艾滋病快速流行的主要原因。进一步加强对吸毒人群的健康教育和行为干预是今后艾滋病防治工作的重点。

Objective To understand the trend of HIV infection and behavior change among drug users in a certain city of Hunan Province, and to provide basis for prevention. Method Descriptive epidemiological study method was adopted to analyze the 2002-2005 data of HIV sentinel surveillance in one city of Hunan Province. Result The rate of injection drug use in drug users fluctuated between 87.41% - 95.79% from 2002 through 2005, the needle - sharing rate of drug users was found to have decreased from 86.71% of 2002 to 75.71% of 2005, the infection rate of HIV increased from 11.89% of 2002 to 21.79% of 2004, the last time condom use rate fluctuated between 20.28% and 34.58%. Conclusion Injection drug use employs a high proportion of drug users in the city studied, needle sharing is serious and condom use is low in this population, all of these make it a major reason for the rapid spread of HIV/AIDS in the local area. It indicates that health education and behavioral intervention are turned to be the focus of prevention and control of HIV/AIDS in this city.
