Assessment of Working Quality of Expanded Programmed Immunization in Zhuhai by Analytical Hierarchy Process

目的 评价珠海市计划免疫工作质量。方法 应用层次分析法评价1999～2005年珠海市计划免疫工作情况。结果 珠海市近7年计划免疫综合指标各年均达标，分类指标中计划免疫相关传染病发病率有一定波动。结论 应用层次分析法评价计划免疫工作质量客观全面，今后珠海市要着重落实流动人口的计划免疫接种工作。

Objective To evaluate the working quality of expanded programmed immunization （EPI） in Zhuhai City. Methods The analytical hierarchy process （AHP） was applied to assessing the working quality of EPI in Zhuhai from 1999 through 2005. Results The comprehensive indices of EPI in Zhuhai met the standard every year since 1999. However, the incidence of infectious disease related with EPI still presented some fluctuation among the classified indices. Conclusions The AHP objectively and entirely assesses the working quality of EPI, and from now on, EPI of Zhuhai City should be emphatically implemented on movable population.
