摘要
目的了解2004年盐田港口岸出入境船员的皮肤病患病情况,为体检工作提供科学依据。方法对2004年盐田港口岸173名出入境船员皮肤病患病情况进行分析。结果共检测173例船员,检出患皮肤病132人次。其中常见的为皮肤真菌感染35例占20.2%;湿疹23例,占13.3%;日光性皮炎15例,占8.7%。结论皮肤真菌感染、湿疹和日光性皮炎为船员常见皮肤病,加强检测极有必要。
Objective To provide skin disease surveillance for scientific basis of health checkup. Method The skin diseases among the 173 entry- exit sailors at Yentien port in 2004 were analyzed. Results One hundred and thirty - two cases were found to have skin diseases; among them, 35 cases were fungal infections （20. 296 ）, 23 cases were eczema （13.3 96 ）, end 15 cases suffered from sunburn （8.7 96 ）. Conclusion The predominant skin diseases, including fungal infections, eczema and sunburn, should be strengthened surveillance among sailors.
