高氧液治疗急性脑梗死的临床研究

Efficacy of Hyperoxic Solution in Patients With Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的通过临床研究,对高氧液治疗急性脑梗死的疗效和安全性进行客观评价。方法将90例脑梗死患者随机分为高氧液治疗组,高压氧治疗组和常规治疗组,进行前瞻性研究,通过比较三组治疗前后血液流变学指标和神经功能缺损程度评分,予方差分析和t检验。结果高氧液治疗组与高压氧治疗组对血液流变学指标改善显著(P<0.05),两组均未发现任何副反应,与常规治疗组相比神经功能评分下降(P<0.05)。结论高氧液对急性脑梗死治疗疗效显著,安全可靠、方便;为脑梗死后神经功能缺损改善及脑梗塞的二级预防提供新的手段。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of hyperoxic solution in treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods Ninety patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomized to receive： hyperoxic solution treatment, hyperbaric oxygen treatment or routine conventional groups; the clinical indexes including indexes of hemorheology, neural function deficits assessment and activity of daily living （ADL） were assessed and analyzed by ANOVA and t tests, Results Both the hyperoxic solution and the hyperbaric oxygen treatment groups showed obviously better hemorheology indexes improvement as compared with the routine treatment group （P〈0. 05）, with no significant adverse side effects, and the neural function impaired scores were lower （P〈0, 05）. Conclusion Hyperoxic solution is effective and safe in treating patients with acute cerebral infarction as well as a new method of secondary prevention after acute cerebral infarction.
