80例微创经皮钢板治疗胫骨干骨折分析 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨微创经皮钢板治疗胫骨干骨折的可行性。方法分析微创经皮钢板治疗80例胫骨干骨折的手术技巧、临床效果、并发症。结果平均手术时间59min;术中平均X透视时间68s;骨折平均愈合时间11.3周;钢板断裂1例;局部皮肤坏死4例;伤口感染3例(其中1例发展为慢性骨髓炎)。按Johner-Wruhs方法评价功能,优74例,良5例,中1例,差0例,以优良为满意标准,本组病例功能总体满意率98.8%。结论微创经皮钢板治疗胫骨干骨折具有手术操作简单、创伤小、骨折愈合快、并发症少等优点,值得临床推广。 Objective To evaluate the feasibility of minimally invasive plate fixation in treatment of tibia shaft fracture. Methods To analyze the operative skill, clinical efficacy, and complications in 80 tibia fracture patients treated with the percutanecus steel plate and indirect reduction. Results Mean operation time was 59 minutes; mean X- ray exposure time was 68 seconds; mean bone concrescence time was 11.3 weeks; 1 plate was ruptured; 4 cases experienced local skin putrescence and 3 cases experienced infection (included 1 osteomyelitis). According to Johner- Wruhs' classification of tibia shaft, the results was excellent in 74 cases, good in 5 cases, middle in 1 case, and bad in 0 case. Altogether the total satisfactory rate was 98.8%. Conclusions Treatment of tibia fracture by minimally invasive plate osteosynthesis is a simple operation, minimally invasive, and fast bone healing with minimal complications.
