缺氧诱导因子-1与肿瘤的生长和转移 被引量:4

摘要 缺氧诱导因子(HIF-1)是一种异源二聚体转录因子,由α和β亚基组成,它与缺氧反应基因的HIF-1结合位点结合,启动靶基因的转录。在促进血管生成,红细胞生成,促进糖酵解,诱导或抑制凋亡等方面具有重要的作用,与肿瘤的生长和转移密切相关。
