摘要
五四新文化运动高潮过后相继登上文坛的京派作家,置身于新旧冲突趋于缓和、新文化内部开始调整的语境中,他们的文化选择表现出“向传统倾斜”的特征:在空间维度的中西问题上,对民族文化有强烈的认同感;在时间维度的古今问题上,重视发掘古典文化艺术精神;同时,移西方现代派之花,接中国传统文化之木。京派的文化选择是对五四时期激烈反传统倾向的反思与矫正,标志着新文化运动和新文学运动的深化。
The writers of the Beijing School who appeared in the literary world after the climax of May the Forth New Culture Movement were placed in a context where the conflict between the new and the old culture reconciled and the New Culture was internally revising. Therefore, their cultural option is characteristic of its inclination to tradition: it is strongly identified with its national culture concerning their attitude towards Chinese culture and western culture; it stresses the exploration of the artistic spirits in classical culture concerning the ancient and the modern culture; meanwhile, it applies the ideas in western modern literature to traditional Chinese culture. The cultural option of the Beijing is an introspection and rectification of strong anti-tradition tendency during May the Forth New Culture Movement and symbolizes the deepening of the New Culture Movement and the New Literature Movement.
