摘要
小鼠连续45d口服枸杞子提取物后，血清SOD活力明显增加，血清过氧化脂质以及心、肝组织中的脂褐质含量显著下降，指示枸杞子提取物具有较强的抗脂质过氧化和延缓衰老作用。
The anti-senility effect of wolfberry fruit extract was investigated in mice in vivo, the resultsshowed that this drug could significantly increase the activity of serum SOD,decrease the contents ofeerum lipid Peroxide and lipofuscin in myocardial or hepatic tissue. It suggested that wolfberry fruitextrat pess many beneficial effects on anti-senility.
