Based on definition and contents of short-term and immediate weather forecast, the constructional process of the short-term and immediate weather forecast system in Harbin City is explained from following aspects ： business system process, gathering and showing of ground element encryption information, Doppler radar＇s warning information and forecast index, the meteorological element information of short-term and immediate forecast for great disastrous weather/warning information/forecast index and physical quantity, warning information of unstable index/forecast index and joint showing etc. The manner and method in development of business are set forth.
