珍稀濒危植物七子花提取物的抑菌活性 被引量:4

摘要 采用体积分数为70%乙醇、60%丙酮及沸水3种溶剂对七子花Heptacodium miconioides叶片、花等器官进行提取,并用提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌Staphylococcus aureus,枯草芽孢杆菌Bacillus thuringiensis,铜绿脓杆菌Pseudomonac aeruginosa和大肠杆菌Escherichia coli等4种细菌进行抑菌试验。结果表明:叶片和花的不同溶剂提取物对4种细菌的抑菌圈大小来看,乙醇提取物的抑菌活性最高,丙酮提取物次之,水提取物最低。七子花多数器官的乙醇提取物均具有一定的抑菌活性,但花和叶的抑菌活性较高,老根和老茎则较低。其中叶片乙醇提取物对4种细菌的抑菌圈大小分别为7.67,9.67,10.00和10.00 mm;花的乙醇提取物对4种细菌的抑菌圈大小分别为10.00,12.70,11.00和11.00 mm。花和叶片乙醇提取物对枯草芽孢杆菌和大肠杆菌最小抑菌质量浓度均为50 g.L-1,对金黄色葡萄球菌均为100 g.L-1,对铜绿脓杆菌分别为50 g.L-1和100 g.L-1。七子花叶片和花的乙醇提取物抑菌效果大小为枯草芽孢杆菌>大肠杆菌>铜绿脓杆菌>金黄色葡萄球菌。 Heptacodium miconioides is a rare and endangered plant. Different organs of Heptacodium miconioides including flowers, leaves, and so on, were extracted with different solvents such as 70 % ethanol, 60 % acetone and boiled water. The anti-bacterial activity of the extracts was detected on 4 experimental strains, such as Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus thuringiensis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Escherichia coll. The results showed that in terms of the diameter of anti-bacterial zone of extracts from leaves and flowers with different solvents, the anti-bacterial activity of ethanol extract was the highest, while that of acetone extract took the second place and that of boiled water extract was the lowest. Anti-bacterial activity could be detected in the extracts of different organs of Heptacodium miconioides, and those from leaves and flowers were relatively higher while those from old stem and old root were relatively lower. The diameter of the anti-bacterial zone of ethanol extracts from leaves on 4 experimental strains was 7.67, 9.67, 10.00 and 100.00 mm, respectively, while that from flowers was 10.00, 12.70, 11.00 and 11.00 mm, respectively. Minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC)of flowers and leaves on Bacillus thuringensis and Escherichia coli were all 50g·L^-1 and those on Staphylococcus aureus were all 100g·L^-1. Those on Pseudomonas aeruginosa were 50 and 100g·L^-1, respectively. The antl-bacterial activity of ethanol extracts from leaves and flowers ranked in turns: Bacillus thuringieusis, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonus aeruginosa, and Staphylococcus aureus.
