摘要
为快速准确测定总磷,进行了碱熔后重量法和磷钒钼黄比色法测定总磷对比试验及酸分解预处理样品测定条件试验,建立了酸分解比色法测定水稳剂总磷测定方法.此法简便、快速、准确,与碱熔重量法相比精密度和准确度均无显著性差异,可替代碱熔重量法测定水稳剂总磷。
For fast and accurate determination of total phosphorus, comparison tests between alkali fusion weight method and P-V molybdenum yellow colorimetry, as well as conditioning test of sample pretreatment by acid decomposition, were method was set up to determine total phosphorus in carried out, and acid decomposing colorimetric water quality stabilizer. This method is fast, simple and accurate. There is no obvious difference in its precision and accuracy compared with alkali fusion weight method, so acid decomposing colormetric method can be used to determine total phosphorus in water quality stabilizer instead of alkali fusion weight method.
