经济发展意味着财富增多,所以用科学发展观统领社会经济发展,必须确立适合科学发展的财富概念。适合科学发展观的财富定义,要为研究如何为我国最广大人民带来发展和富裕服务。因此,需要用“人力财富”的概念取代西方经济学的“人力资本”概念;需要突破西方经济学仅从个人主观评价和市场交易角度说明财富的各种物质财富概念;需要破除西方经济学关于资本主义私有制永恒不变、最有效率的制度财富概念。
