大连市工业发展阶段评价研究

Industrialization Development Stage Judgment for Dalian City and Development Strategy Research of the Eleventh "Five-Year"Program

根据工业化发展阶段的相关理论对大连市目前工业所处的发展阶段予以定量评价,认为大连市工业正处于工业化中级阶段的中后期,即重化工业化向高加工度化以及技术密集化方向转化的关键时期.在此基础上,结合国家振兴东北老工业基地和“十一五”城市总体发展目标分析大连工业的发展地位,提出构建新型工业体系的战略设想,并对规划战略进行了环境容量分析.

This article gives the quantitative evaluation of the present industrial development stage of Dalian, basing on the related theories. With analyzing each index, we obtain that Dalian is in the mid and late part of industrialization intermediate stage, the time of transformation of heavy industrialization to technical condensation and high processing. Lastly, with the appraisal result of development phase,it gives a strategic tentative plan for new industry structure with a environmental capacity analysis.
