喀斯特封山育林区土壤种子库研究

STUDY ON SOIL SEED BANK IN ENCLOSURED HILLSIDES FOR REGENERATION OF KARST AREAS

对贵州省都匀市喀斯特封山育林区土壤种子库进行了研究，结果表明：都匀喀斯特封山育林区土壤种子库中活力种子丰富，共有18科45属46种。其中草本植物种子占绝对优势，占种子数的81．25％，木本植物只占18．75％。草本以白酒草占绝对优势，为54．54％。8个不同封育年限的样地的种子密度变动于2309—4459粒／m^2。在各个土层中它们的变化具有一定的规律，即随土层的加深，种子数量不断减少。随着封育年限的增加，林分的郁密度加大。土壤种子库中种子数量、种类在相应的时间内不断减小；而在相当长的时间后，种子数量、种类又有所增加。

In an investigation of soil seed bank in the enclosed hillsides for regeneration in Diyun, Guizhou, vital seeds of 46 species belonging to 18 families and 45 genera were found, with herbaceous plants as the dominant species, their seeds accounting for 81.25% of the total. Seeds of woody plant species accounted for 18.75% of the total. Of the herbaceous plants, Conzyjaponicae （Thunb） was the dominant species, whose seeds accounted for 54.54% of the total. In the 8 sample plots with different enclosure years, the seeds in the soil varied from 2 309 to 4 459 seeds per m^2. The number of seeds decreased with increasing soil depth. The number of seeds and their species in the soil decreased with the increasing duration of enclosure for a number of years, and rose again thereafter.
